A GABA “Event” can mean any of the following, but in no way is limited to:
• GABA’s Spring & Fall Bike Swap Meets
• GABA Tables at Perimeter Rides, Bike Fest, etc.
• “Socials” – Ice Cream, eegee’s, Zoo Rides, Bagel Rides, etc.
• Holiday Pot Luck
• Special Monthly Club Meetings
• GAP Ministries Bicycle Repair Days
• And many more

Qualifications:
• Courteous people skills a plus!
• Cooperative and flexible.
• Understanding of GABA’s policies, membership levels, ride options, etc, (if volunteering at a GABA Table).

Responsibilities (Not all required for each Event):
• Provide ride participants or members with a variety of food and /or refreshments, on designated events.  
• Public Relations – encourage, support and socialize with the riders.
• Assist with crowd and vendor control (Bike Swap for example)
• Field inquiries regarding GABA when applicable (GABA Table)
• Assist with retrieving and returning GABA supplies to storage unit.
• Assist with event staging (set up/take down/decorations)
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Assist with special meetings (raffle tickets/name tags/table set up/clean up).
• Lead a ride for ride events (Zoo Ride, Toys for Tots, etc).

Compensation:
• Mileage reimbursement as dictated by event.
• Discount on future event as determined by Ride Organizer.
